Tao Heart Tai Chi & Qigong

Tao Heart teaches Traditional Yang Style Tai Chi, and classical & contemporary Qigong practices. Tao Heart also teaches Tai Chi & Qigong within the Daogong Methods of Master Joe Lok.

All classes are taught by Steve Goodeve who is a Senior Instructor registered with the Tai Chi & Qigong Union Great Britain (TCUGB), and a Natural Energy Academy (Hong Kong) / Daogong UK Instructor.

All levels, beginners to more experienced and advanced, are welcome.

TUESDAYS 10:30 – 11:30 (Dao Yin Qigong)
THURSDAYS 10:30 – 11:30 (Phoenix In Graceful Clouds of Blessing Tai Chi Qigong)
